Current chat doesn’t fit as there is an incompatibility in coding (win-1252), no anonymity (chat can be seen by anyone) and no connection with the messenger of telegram.
"Contact with Telegram" - is done through a bot (receiving notifications or a full mail - WebHooks).You can offer/work or create a chat from scratch (payment will be increased).
The main requirements:
coding of UTF-8
- self-host (installing on your hosting);
- chat fully adaptive (without a bootstrap is desirable) - the main readability of the text;
- lightweight and on several files;
- fast, not loaded / suitable for any hosting;
- Simple design (may be like the previous chat).

Объясню зачем это нужно, человек например живет на северном полюсе, нет телефона, нет телеграма итд. единственное что есть это браузер который открывает веб страницу одной подсетки. Так вот чтобы мне узнать что он открыл чат - высылается уведомление в телеграм, после получения уведомления - я просто захожу на чат и переписываюсь.

У нас есть одна организация, там запрещены телефоны есть только доступ к браузеру. Для связи с человеком, мне нужно чтобы он мог войти мне на сайт и написать мне. При этом приходит уведомление на телеграм бот мне, я получаю и сразу перехожу на страницу общения или переписываюсь непосредственно через бот как это реализзовано на Replain. Телеграм тут нужен только для того чтобы знать что человек хочет связаться со мной. В старом чате я могу войти и начать переписку, но уведомление никуда не поступают, и поэтому можно просидеть целый день так и не получив уведомлений.
