We are looking for a permanent outsourcing/subcontracting certified and licensed architect (GAP) for the development of the Architectural section (AR) of an individual residential house with an area of 150 m² in the Kyiv region.
We are looking for a permanent outsourcing/subcontracting certified and licensed architect (GAP) for the development of the Architectural section (AR) of an individual residential house with an area of 150 m² in the Kyiv region.
Wall material — premium cross-laminated timber with a cross-section of 250x200h. Our company independently develops structural solutions (KR) and detailing (KD/KDD) for its own factory production. We require a clear architectural concept, plans, and official documentation.
What is already ready (provided to the architect):
- Official topographic survey of the site (with red lines and urban networks).
- Report on geological soil investigations.
- Clear technical assignment from the client regarding functional zoning and room layout.
Scope of work and requirements for the AR section:
- Development of architectural solutions (floor plans, roofs, facades with height marks, sections, specification of filling openings).
- Binding the house to the site (Master plan) considering red lines, engineering networks, and topographic survey.
- Mandatory: Availability of a valid qualification certificate for the architect in the field of "architectural volumetric design".
- Mandatory: Submission of the completed project and signing it with your electronic signature in the Unified State Electronic System in the Field of Construction (EDESSB) for the client to obtain a construction passport/permit.
- Desirable: Availability of basic 3D visualization of the exterior for format approval with the client (interior design is NOT required, only the architecture of the volume).
Collaboration conditions:
- Budget: We consider proposals in the range of 5–7$ / m² (depending on your portfolio and experience with wooden structures).
- Location: We work in Kyiv and the region, but we will consider remote certified architects from any region of Ukraine, as all registration in EDESSB is done electronically.
- We are looking for a responsible specialist for long-term partnership (we will regularly transfer projects for subcontracting).
