попробуйте увеличить время в php.ini

Выкачиваем папку с темой и папку плагина c которого может быть импорт (обычно на теме consulting,есть плагин аля Importer что то там..) на локалку .
Далее по обоим папкам ищем файл *.xml и файл *.wie
Файл xml после того как нашли заливаем дефолтным импортером от вордпресс,а файл wie заливаем плагином export/import widgets.
Ну и всё в общем то.
