Проблема с кодировкой писем в outlook 2003
На сайте есть форма, все отлично.
На email приходит нормальное письмо, все читаемо, все отображается.
Но через клиент outlook 2003, письма приходят такого вида:

Если использовать латиницу, допустим: Oleg, а не Олег, то все нормально.
Надо либо прописать кодировку которая соотвествует оутлку в форме или как-то это решить. Чтобы письма приходили нормально.

Неправильно, либо вообще не указана кодировка отправляемого письма.
Могу помочь решить данную проблемму но за адекватную оплату.
