Login issue with TikTok account
Sorry if I am creating this project "off-topic," as I do not know exactly where to best categorize it.
The main issue is that when logging into TikTok through the mobile app (iOS or Android), after entering the confirmation code received via email, a message appears stating that "Code timeout has expired," even though only a few seconds actually pass.
The problem does not depend on the device (iOS or Android) or network (Wi-Fi, mobile internet, VPN from different locations), as it occurs on different devices and under various conditions.
Meanwhile, everything works fine on the PC version - logging into the account in the browser is possible, everything functions correctly, and the account is not banned.
After attempting to reset the password, it started showing "Too many attempts. Please try again later."
Summary of the problem:
When trying to log into a TikTok account through the mobile app (iOS and Android), after entering the correct confirmation code sent to email, an error message appears:
"Code timeout has expired," even though only a few seconds have passed since receiving the email and entering the code.
The operating system does not affect the issue: it occurs on both iOS and Android.
Network conditions do not influence it: testing was done on different networks - mobile internet, Wi-Fi, VPNs from various countries - the result is the same.
Different devices: login attempts were made on several devices, but the problem repeats regardless of the phone model.
On the PC (TikTok browser version), login is successful without any errors.
The account is active, not blocked, not restricted, and there are no violations - this is confirmed by web login.
The email works fine, messages arrive instantly, and the code is copied immediately.
Update: Currently, after the last password change attempt, it shows "Too many attempts. Please try again later."

🔧 1. Wait for the "Too many attempts" timeout
TikTok automatically blocks login attempts after several failed tries — usually for 1–2 hours. Wait 2–3 hours (or better 4–6 if not critical), do not press anything and do not try to log in during this time.
