Processing developer, creating a 3D scene and a set of primitives

You need a script on Processing that goes to https://www.fxhash.xyz/doc/artist/guide-publish-generative-token (here is a list of requirements) to generate a collection from 3D scenes.No other technology is suitable.Whether Quil/Clojure would fit, but this, as I understand, is a even more rare set of technology.It is a generative art project.The script receives a hash at the entrance, starting from the hash generates a scene unique to this input parameter (hesh).This is the basic principle of generative art.In our case, the scene is the city with buildings.I would like we to develop a set of primitives - buildings in different styles.For example - Asia (stylized under Asian architecture primitives - primitive patterns, heights, residential houses, color range defined), America - clouds in mix with private houses (primitives from rectangles), European village - houses with triangular roofs, Italy - primitives of churches, towers, squares.Over the scene may be a cloud or rain (the simplest particles falling over the city and falling in the top of the "cube" that depicts the scene).An example of this scene is https://opensea.io/assets/ethereum/0xa7d8d9ef8d8ce8992df33d8b8cf4aebabd5bd270/162000343
You can turn the scene with a mouse.There is a cloud above the scene.There is no full TZ now, because.I don’t know the time and scope of work.My task is to discuss with the developer, to understand what he can do and to minimize the hard parts.Such projects I will predict at least 10-15 this year, so the story with the "city" is a test to find a specialist.

Нужен скрипт на Processing , который пройдёт на https://www.fxhash.xyz/doc/artist/guide-publish-generative-token (тут список требований) для генерации коллекции из 3д сцен. Никакие другие технологии не подходят. Разве что Quil/Clojure подошел бы, но это, как я понимаю, еще более редкий стек технологий.

Речь идёт о generative art проекте. 

Скрипт получает на входе хеш, исходя из хеша генерирует сцену,  уникальную для этого входящего параметра (хеша). Это основной принцип генерации generative art. В нашем случае сцена - город со зданиями.

Я бы хотел, что бы мы разработали набор примитивов - зданий в разный стилях. Например - Азия (стилизованные под азиатскую архитектуру примитивы - примитивные модели пагоды, высоток, жилых домиков, цветовая гамма определенная), Америка - небоскребы в перемешку с частными домиками (примитивы из прямоугольников), европейская деревня - домики с треугольными крышами, Италия - примитивы церкви, башни, площади.

Над сценой могут находиться облака или же идти дождь (простейшие частицы, падающие над городом и пропадающие в верхней части "куба", который изображает сцену).

Можно покрутить сцену мышью. Там как раз есть облака над сценой.

Сейчас нет полноценного ТЗ, т.к. я слабо себе представляю сроки/объем работы. Моя задача - обсудить с разработчиком, понять, что он может сделать и минимизировать трудоёмкие части.

Подобных проектов я предвижу минимум 10-15 в этом году, так что история с "городом" - пробная, что бы найти специалиста.
