1-make same design order form in Jotform and copy the code to landing page, so the leads will come to Jotform
2-fix buttons that font become black once pointed on with mouse
3-resize and compress images for optimum loading time
4-add google tag script on site
5-insert translations of two additional languages (HU and IT)
So you should deliver back fixed page according to points above and original EN language + 2 additional copies each with own translations. Each of translations also have own jotform connected.
