Freelancer-Targetologist (Meta Ads) for BB YachtingBB Yachting is an international yachting school and organizer of yacht trips. We teach people how to operate yachts, conduct practical courses, and organize yacht trips in Croatia, Greece, the Canary Islands, and other countries.We are looking for a targetologist / Meta Ads specialist for long-term freelance collaboration.Our task:Increase the number of quality applications for:yachting training (theory + practice);free course for new clients;practical yacht courses;yacht trips and charters.Main responsibilities:setting up and managing advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram through Meta Ads Manager;analyzing the target audience and creating advertising segments;launching, testing, and optimizing advertising campaigns;working with advertising creatives (texts, banners, videos — in collaboration with our team);setting up retargeting;monitoring advertising effectiveness and optimizing the budget;preparing monthly reports: expenses, applications, lead cost, results.We provide:ready content: photos, videos, materials about training and trips;brand experience in the yachting market;clear sales funnel and CRM;opportunity for long-term collaboration.Requirements:experience with Meta Ads for at least 1 year;confirmed cases with numbers (budget, number of applications, lead cost);understanding of working with leads and sales, not just reach;experience in the niches of education, tourism, premium services will be an advantage;ability to analyze results and suggest improvements.Conditions:format: freelance, remote;trial period: 1 month;advertising budget is paid separately.
