Project manager for part-time

I am looking for a project manager for part-time project management.
Project start date is 12.11, planned completion date is 20.01

Essence:

To develop a product that brands will use to place their orders and content creators with their own distribution channels can use the platform for additional earnings.
The client creates a proposal and provides all necessary materials, in turn, creators choose based on the client's conditions and create a clip of up to 60 seconds using knowledge of social media algorithms.

The essence is that our product should be able to connect via API to payment systems (to allow users to pay and receive money), connect to social networks, and collect statistical information (number of video views, geo and demographic indicators). On our part, video development or processing is not planned, meaning the creator must post the video and provide a link to this video on social media.

There is a detailed assignment of 82 pages.
There is a team of 4 full-stack developers and QA.

Your tasks will include:
 - turning the assignment into Jira tasks with a fixed timeline
 - monitoring the progress of work and reporting if developers are blocked or unable to complete the task
 - communicating with the client in chat, attending calls with the client (if necessary), conducting demos with the client every 2 weeks
 - monitoring the testing process
 - monitoring the documentation writing process for the project

I assume that in the first month, the workload on the project may be 60 hours. In the following 1.5 months - 40 hours.

I do not consider hourly work
I consider proposals for the entire project or in phases. (I suggest dividing the project into 3 phases so that you receive payment as project goals are achieved).

The budget is specified for the first phase.
