What I need from you: a geodetic survey at a scale of 1:500, a cadastral number, and a Google location of the plot, drawings of what your parents want to build and what you liked or what you would like it to be - links, pictures, plans, drawings, requirements. Everything listed needs to be sent in a message for review. The payment sequence is 50% advance deposit, 50% upon completion of the work. The cost of developing the construction and architectural scheme (floor plans, sections, facades 1-4) will be 200 hryvnias/m2 or 25,000 hryvnias for a house with an area of 120-150 m2 or less. The development time is 30 days. With this set of drawings, you and your parents will be able to submit documents to start construction and begin building if the house is not too complex. The floor plans show dimensions for wall partitioning and the arrangement of door and window openings, as well as furniture and plumbing fixtures. The section drawing clearly shows the structure, heights, and dimensions of the main building structures such as ceilings, lintels, reinforced belts, mauerlat, and other wooden roof structures.
