1. General requirements:

    •    The designed stage must be semicircular with a radius of 4 meters.

    •    The total height of the stage is 40 cm, achieved with two steps, each 20 cm high and 20 cm wide.

    •    The construction must be designed for cutting and assembling from MDF and wooden elements.

    •    Provide for the installation of retro bulbs along the outer contour of the stage (specify the type of bulbs).

2. Materials:

    •    Main material for cladding: MDF

    •    Frame: Wooden beams (for example, 50x50 mm or as agreed)

    •    Steps: Wooden frame with MDF cladding

    •    Additional materials: Self-tapping screws, corner connectors, mounting glue (if needed)

3. Stage construction:

    •    The semicircular frame of the stage must be made of wood.

    •    The height of the stage is 40 cm. The construction includes 2 steps, each 20 cm high and 20 cm wide.

    •    The distribution of radial supports must be calculated for the stability of the structure.

    •    The outer part of the semicircle and the steps must be covered with MDF.

    •    Retro bulbs will be installed along the outer contour of the stage.

4. Calculation of details and dimensions:

    •    Beams for the stage frame:

    •    Calculate the length of the radial wooden supports for the main stage and steps, taking into account the height and width of each step.

    •    Determine the required number of beams.

    •    MDF for cladding:

    •    Calculate the length and number of MDF sheets based on a radius of 4 m and the shape of the semicircle.

    •    Consider the width of the steps and the technological allowance for cutting.

    •    Steps:

    •    For each step, calculate the dimensions of the frame and cladding based on a height of 20 cm and a width of 20 cm.

    •    Retro bulbs:

    •    Provide for the mounting of retro bulbs along the contour of the stage.

5. Drawings and diagrams:

    •    Provide detailed drawings of the stage with two steps, indicating their dimensions and the location of the retro bulbs.

    •    Specify all dimensions, including:

    •    The radii of the semicircle for the stage and steps.

    •    The height and width of the steps (20 cm each).

    •    The thickness and length of the MDF sheets for cladding.

6. Stability requirements:

    •    The construction must be designed to withstand the load from equipment and people on the stage.
