Перше, що зроблю – це розрахунок на жорсткість та міцність. «Щоб не прогиналося.»
Перевірю прогини:
-направляючої нижньої;
- блок роликів;
- площадки від навантаження 80 кг.
- передача навантажень на вал редуктора.
Якщо 80 кг це маса, яку треба підняти, - треба врахувати коефіцієнт динаміки як мінімум 1,5. Тобто розрахункове навантаження мінімум 120 треба прийняти. (коли ліфт стартує, ми стаємо трохи важчими).
Коли побачите прогини, і напруги, можна робити 3-д модель.
Якщо не зробите розрахунок, то будете публікувати ще один проект, бо десь щось гнеться.
Або якщо перебільшите з міцністю – будете нести зайві трати, через те, що можна було прийняти менші профілі.
