I am looking for a 3D visualizer to visualize a bathroom project. I have the dimensions, photos of the current state, and an approximate layout plan. A realistic render is needed for presentation to the client. Please contact me with examples of your work and the price per project.
Need an interior designer to develop a concept and technical assignment for a bathroom, which will then be handed over to a 3D visualizer.
Task description:
There is a bathroom that needs to be redesigned. Currently, there are photos and dimensions of the room. There is also a description of the client's wishes in text form. The designer's task is to carefully develop two layout options:
- Remove the corner bathtub, replace the old cabinets with new ones, and extend the furniture to the end of the window (sinks remain in their places).
- Replace the corner bathtub with a rectangular bathtub with doors, and replace the old furniture with new.
In both options, a mirror replacement and addition of decorative elements are required.
What is required from the designer:
- Detailed technical assignment (TA) for the 3D visualizer
Mandatory:
- Experience working with bathrooms and understanding the specifics of such rooms
- Portfolio with similar projects
- Adherence to deadlines and prompt communication

Описание задачи:
Есть ванная комната, которую необходимо переделать. На текущий момент имеются фото и размеры помещения. Также есть описание пожеланий заказчика в текстовом виде. Задача дизайнера – грамотно проработать два варианта планировки:
- Убрать угловую ванну, заменить старые тумбы на новые и продлить мебель до конца окна (раковины остаются на своих местах).
- Заменить угловую ванну на прямоугольную ванну с дверками, старую мебель заменить на новую.
В двух вариантах требуется замена зеркала и добавление декоративных элементов.
Что требуется от дизайнера:
- Подробное техническое задание (ТЗ) для передачи 3D-визуализатору
Обязательно:
- Опыт работы с ванными комнатами и понимание специфики таких помещений
- Наличие портфолио с подобными проектами
- Соблюдение сроков и оперативность в коммуникации
