It is required to develop a project for a mini-bakery located in a standard shipping container (21 m²). The goal is to create a functional, ergonomic, and aesthetic space for the production and sale of baked goods.
Tasks:
- Develop a layout considering the placement of equipment (oven, dough mixer, refrigerator, sink, shelves, etc.) and functional zones (receiving, preparation, baking, sales).
- Create zoning and logistics schemes to optimize work processes.
- Develop an interior design plan considering the "container design" style, using light tones and contrasting accents.
