About the vacancy:
We are looking for an experienced project manager who will take responsibility for coordinating all stages of our product development and ensuring its successful implementation. You will work with a team of developers, designers, marketers, and other specialists to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and according to the set goals.
Responsibilities:
• Coordination of team work: Organizing the workflow, distributing tasks, controlling deadlines and quality of execution.
• Project planning and management: Creating and maintaining detailed project plans, defining key milestones and monitoring their execution.
• Risk management: Identifying and managing potential risks, minimizing delays and unforeseen situations.
• Communication with stakeholders: Interacting with clients, partners, and the internal team to ensure transparency at all stages.
• Reporting: Preparing regular reports on the project's progress, providing information on progress and achievement of goals.
• Process optimization: Continuous improvement of development processes and implementation of new methods to enhance work efficiency.
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience as a project manager (preferably in the IT or startup sector).
• Excellent project management skills: ability to work in uncertain conditions, managing a team, deadlines, and budget.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methods, experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).
• Ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment with high performance demands.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to negotiate and manage conflicts.
• Conversational English language skills (for communication with international partners).
