Quantity Surveyor needed for detailed analysis of a construction project We are looking for a specialist to thoroughly analyze the project documentation of a construction site and prepare a detailed list of all materials, volumes, and types of work.Main Task Based on the project documentation, a complete quantity take-off of the project must be performed, and a transparent table of all construction materials and volumes must be prepared. The initial data may include: architectural drawings — AR; structural drawings — KJ / KM; specifications; PDF; DWG; Excel files; if available — BIM/Revit model. We need not just a general construction estimate, but a maximum detailed Quantity Take-Off and Material Breakdown.What needs to be done 1. Complete Quantity Take-Off Calculate the actual volumes according to the project: concrete by grades and structural elements; reinforcement broken down by diameters; metal structures; formwork; blocks and bricks; cement; sand; gravel; plaster; floor screed; waterproofing; roofing materials; facade materials; tiles and stone; ceiling materials; door and window structures; glass; wood; paint; fasteners; consumables; other materials present in the project. The list should be formed as detailed as possible, without combining different materials into general positions. Requirements for the Specialist We are looking for a person with practical experience: reading architectural and structural drawings; working with AR, KJ, and KM; Quantity Take-Off; BOQ; construction estimates; analysis of construction volumes; Excel. Important We do not need just a rough estimate of the total project cost. We need a specialist who can break down the project to the level of individual physical materials and quantities. The main result of the work: A complete and verifiable list of all construction materials and volumes of the site that can be used for procurement, tenders, cost control, and checking for overruns. GENERAL DESIGN, LOGISTICS AND QUALITY REQUIREMENTS • Operating conditions: Working temperature inside — 30°C, humidity — up to 80%. The design must be resistant to stable heating and high humidity, ensuring the tightness of joints. • Material: Stainless steel AISI 304, surface — matte. • Hygiene and smoothness: The inner surface must be as smooth as possible. Minimize the protrusion of nuts, ends of threads, or any fastening elements inside the structure. * Task for the designer: Propose fastening options (embedded parts, hidden connections, etc.) so that the inner walls are even. • Quality and appearance: Professional "commercial" appearance, absence of any gaps after assembly. • Export orientation: Assembly should be as intuitive as possible for the end user (export version). • Walls: "Sandwich" (matte stainless steel AISI 304 + basalt wool 50 mm). The thickness of the metal for the frame and cladding must be agreed upon with me. • Assembly: Easy to assemble, non-welded, with bolts (stainless steel A2/A4). • Dimensions and logistics: The basic size of the filler plates is 1000 x 600 mm. The goal is a reliable, sealed structure without gaps, with a professional "commercial" appearance. REQUIRED RESULT: 1. 3D models (STEP / SolidWorks) + interactive assembly (Autodesk Viewer). 2. Drawings of parts and nodes (connection diagrams, fastening of nets/glass/lights/IR film). 3. Unfoldings (DXF) taking into account bending coefficients. 4. Specification for stainless fasteners. 5. Proposals for design solutions, timelines, and costs.
