Алла, нужно гораздо больше информации про данное устройство, чтобы спроектировать его корпус полностью. Нужно или собрать всю информацию по максимуму и вложить ее в ТЗ, или поступать иначе. Иначе, это, например, так: фрилансер по изображениям, которые Вы дали проектирует внешнюю часть корпуса, а далее вы обмениваетесь набросками, эскизами и прочей информацией уже по имеющейся модели (чертежам, эскизам и т.д.)
В зависимости от того, что смонтировано внутри корпуса многое зависит. Потому я бы сначала сделал внешку, а потом работал над наполнением внутри. Мы так когда-то делали, когда проектировали мебель из листовой нержавейки.
