На кого - то бухгалтер створює документ на відгрузку де вказує контрагента і товари, які мають бути відгружені.

Як планується передача цієї інформації з документу в майбутню програму?

Не знаю. Це і треба зробити. Я так розумію, що в програмі бухгалтер формує документ на переміщення товарів - кількість і артикули. Видає цей документ складу. А склад то фізично відбирає, сканує серійники, і серійники вже підтягуються в той документ, що створив бухгалтер.

Вона вказана на партії товару + можливо прив'язана до штрихкода якщо я не помиляюсь. Плюс документи вигрузки товару які додаються.
