Нужна простая программа для винды. В окошке должно быть 5 полей для ввода данных, две кнопки, и окно для выдачи данных. При нажатии на первую кнопку данные (5 строк) должны добавляться в файл на компьютере(база для информации из программы), при нажатии на вторую кнопку программа должна выдать в окне данные из 5 строк(если хоть в одной строке ввода совпали данные). Нужно чтобы можно было найти информацию по одному или нескольким полям. К каждой строке есть названия, детали скину исполнителю.
