К примеру у нас есть Excel файл в котором есть 5 столбцов хранящих в себе информацию а именно: ФИО, дата рождени, город проживания. Необходимо написать программу на языке С# с открытым кодом доступа для импорта в программу данного xlsx файла данные которого автоматически будут наполнять подвязанную базу данных. После того как данные будут импортированы в базу данных необходимо будет в этой же программе выбрать из списка ФИО за которым в нужное строки втянутся данные которые загружались от xlsx, далее эти данные мы используем для подставки в определенные места строк word документа и после документ можно будет сохранить и повторно втягивать в те же строки данные уже другого человека. По окончанию отправить письмо с этой программы на необходимый нам адрес электронной почты.
1. Программа с открытым кодом с возможностью в дальнейшем вносить правки а так же по возможности чтобы можно было запустить проект в VS и вносить туда свои коррективы. Присутствие комментариев (можно на рус) какая строка кода и за что отвечает
2. База данных Sqlite, импортированные данные в неё возможно было изменять через программу не запуская БД а так же для удобства установки программы на других ПК
3. Работа с Word документом по шаблону к примеру ФИО у нас метка 1, указать ее в документе где необходима автоматическая подстановка и после того как все метки проставлены сгенерировать документ должным образом
4. Отправка документа с возможностью добавить описание и тему письма на электронный адрес получателя который так же будет импортироваться в программу с xlsx и подтягиваться при выборе нужного нам ФИО

I don’t know exactly what I need to do with BD. Working with SQLite is not a problem, but it may be a good option that the program will work with the XLSX file immediately? The file will be with a fixed name and lies next to the program.
