Video processing program
It is necessary to write a program that will cut a large video into random time pieces, thereby creating a bunch of small ones and inserting the required image or video into them, as well as text at the bottom and top.
The video being cut should either be full screen or centered, as this will be a screen video, not a mobile one. The time interval is set, for example, from 30 seconds to 400 seconds, and the program automatically cuts the videos randomly within this interval.
All of this is, of course, written in Python for use on a PC.
