Есть сайт с видео (YouTube через iframe). Под видео есть кнопка и блок информации.

Задача: Нужно ограничить функционал видео к функциям Play и Stop и сделать так, чтобы в определенный момент времени видео(!) всплывал весь подвал, то есть кнопка и блок информации.

ВНИМАНИЕ: момент всплывания блока привязан к моменту времени видео, а не моменту с загрузки сайта или скрипта.

Допустим мне нужно, чтобы подвал всплыл на 1:45 видео ролика. Это означает, что если пользователь будет нажимать паузу хоть триста раз блок все равно появится только тогда, когда видео дойдет до отметки 1:45.
