I am looking for a reliable person to assist in developing a technical database for a new interior design concept. The task involves transferring the inventory (sketches/PDF) into a digital AutoCAD (DWG) format. I am interested in preparing a precise base file that will serve as a foundation for further work on the functional layout and execution drawings.
Subject of the order:An apartment with an area of 49.6 m², which includes:
Hallway
Kitchen
Bathroom
Living room
Bedroom
Wardrobe
Scope of work includes:
Drawing the layout of the apartment based on the provided dimensions (structural walls, partition walls, window and door openings).
Marking connection points (verticals, water-sewage approaches, radiators).
Optionally: Preparing wall layouts/views (depending on the quality of the provided data).
Technical requirements:
High precision and cleanliness in the layer structure.
Work in scale 1:1 (ultimately in [insert: mm or cm]).
Deadline: [e.g. 2-3 working days].
