Hello! I am the project manager of Business Atlas. This is our direct task, as we build document automation systems (OCR) and data synchronization every day.
Our turnkey technical solution:
1. AI document parsing: We use n8n and OpenAI (GPT-4o) for instant reading of your PDF files. The system will automatically extract the invoice number (Nr Paczki), courier, recipient, and amount (Kwota), regardless of the file format.
2. Central table: We will create a database in Google Sheets, where data will automatically go after uploading the first file.
3. Status synchronization: When you upload the second document (about receipt), AI finds the corresponding row by invoice number and updates the status or adds a payment mark.
4. Full control: You simply upload the file to a Google Drive folder or Telegram bot, and the system does everything else.
