1) Какой у Вас хостинг (компания, тарифный план/вид)?
2) Есть ли возможность сделать резервную копию на хостинге, поскольку обновления на WP от пятёрки и выше не всегда предсказуемы?
3) Что за плагин заявки на обмен - из числа "серийных", или написан под индивидуальный заказ?
*** авария, как вариант, могла случиться, если WP обновилась до 5... автоматически - некоторые плагины при этом начинают косячить...

хостинг hostpro, тариф vps быстрый. Копию сделать можно. Плагин точно не самоделный, вроде contact form называется или как-то так
