Необходимо разработать расширение для форума phpBB реализующий функционал гаранта.
Есть раздел на форуме "Гарант Сервис", при создании в данном разделе топика пользователем, ему необходимо выбрать второго пользователя с кем он будет оформлять условно сделку.
Данный топик видят все, но зайти в него, читать и писать могут только топик стартер и пользователь которого он выбрал при создании топика. Редактировать посты данные пользователи не могут, только писать новые.
Админы могут делать любые манипуляции с такими топиками.
