То есть нужно связать подписчика с его ссылкой и вывести всю информацию через расширение в какое-то место (на экран или в файл).
Привязка необходима именно к реферальной ссылке. Нужна оценка именно соответствующей реферальной ссылки. Сколько людей по ней подписалось и отобразить вышеуказанную информацию о подписчике.
