- Запретить печать непроведенных документов
- Дать возможность вводить цены в документ Реализация товаров и услуг. В данный момент ввод цен непосредственно в документ заблокирован.
- Для роли «Менеджер по продажам» в отчетах по продажам «Продажи» и «Валовая прибыль» исключить видимость результатов по контрагентам, которые не ведутся текущим менеджером, выполнившим вход в систему. При этом руководитель и бухгалтер видят в отчетах полную информацию по клиентам (контрагентам – покупателям).
- Создать роль «Директор филиала». Для этой роли доработать в конфигурации возможность ограничения просмотра в отчетах по продажам в рамках департамента, который ведет директор. Для реализации данного ограничения следует создать у подразделений привязку к ответственному лицу. Подразделение это и есть департамент. Или у физического лица сделать привязку к подразделениям. Или же создать в конфигурации новую таблицу в которой можно будет указывать - за какие подразделения отвечает тот или иной директор.
- Для роли «Менеджер по продажам» запретить изменение проведенного документа
- Для роли менеджер запретить создавать номенклатуру.
