Сайт Википедия создал руководство для написания статей: https://ru.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Википедия:Руководство_для_быстрого_старта
В ней (Шаг 1) указано, что тема должна быть значимой.
Я могу отредактировать статью, наполнитьинформацию. Но здесь задача стоит в том, что бы найти доказательства значимости Вашей статьи.
