НЕобходимо разработать программу по мониторингу соц сетей - ФБ и Инста (главное ФБ). Программа должна работать так, чтобы по заданным темам, например вводим фамилию или название бренда, в реальном времени происходило оповещение, когда введенные темы упоминаются в соц сети - в постах, в комментариях. Темы могут меняться. Ваши предложения по исполнению, по цене и срокам реализации.

Невозможно.
Если поиск в теле поста еще как-от организовать с шаманством в фб можно, то уже комменты в результат поиска не попадают. В инсте кажется даже по слову парсить нельзя. Единственный выход - тогда парсить какие-то сообщества до определенного времени и все.

а почему невозможно? куча сервисов ведь мониторят соц сети. тот же юскан и бренданалитикс. Другой вопрос что такая хотелся будет стоит очень дорого...
