Create a web script for me.I wrote TZ several times, put out a task here, but every time from different performers I got a feedback that it was not possible to do for a little money, they didn’t want me to hear that I just need a motor skeleton. I’ve heard that customers adjust the TZ in such cases with the words “is it hard for you?” This is probably why they did not offer adequate prices. Wadi was not afraid to work with me and I hope he didn't miss me!

Почему не поставить админку? Почему нужно что то закидывать в папку и что бы оно там пропадало? Я считаю это извращением, но это всего лишь мое маленькие мнение...

У меня вообще нет желания самому в папку файлы закидывать. скрипт на bash это сделает. Зачем мне себя напрягать админкой на нескольких сайтах?

ну написать ТЗ по данному описанию как раз 3к рублей и будет стоить - готов написать ТЗ, изложив это языком, который поймут фрилансеры всея мира.

По факту вам, чтобы легче было дальше формулировать ваши мысли и найти специалиста - вам нужен самопис, без БД (хранение в xml или вообще текстовых файла), с слабой возможностью дальнейшей модернизации. Ну и чтобы найти специалиста таки, то бюджет 100 000 руб ставьте и вам повезет

Да, черновик у меня уже работает. Я учел в ТЗ что я реализовал не так. Но развернутое ТЗ не приняли. В таких же комментариях мне написали, цитирую:
"Оказывается заказчик говорит специалистам как им выполнять проект.) Тогда все ясно."
Специалисты разные. Одному хорошо, другому плохо. -
Есть, но не для этой задачи. Просто мне выгоднее будет за эти деньги самому довести до ума свой черновой скрипт.

Если все сайты будут на одном хостинге и у вас есть к ним доступ через SSH, то можно пробовать делать.

На разных хостингах. Однотипные. Везде ISP manager 5.
SSH доступа нет. Есть FTP. И можно запускать cron.
Но я могу запустить на своём домашнем компе на Linux, а затем перенести на хостинг результат. -
Какой Ваш бюджет, Кир? Или про 3000 рублей это вы серйозно?
