In Play Console and in a letter from Google Play Support, the status is "Suspended," with the wording "Issue found: Copyright Infringement," referencing the app's page in the Play Store as the "Affected URL." The app has been blocked for over 4 months now.What we have already done and what Google responded: We submitted a counter-notice/appeal through the official Google form (Appeal Web Form) and corresponded with Google Play Support within the open case. Google informed us that the complainant provided evidence of an open court proceeding in Ukraine regarding this product, and in such cases, the standard automatic renewal after a counter-notice does not apply — Google requests documentary confirmation that this proceeding is closed or resolved in our favor. Separately, Google pointed out an alternative route — contacting a certified body for out-of-court dispute resolution (under the European Digital Services Act) or going to court. We sent Google official documents confirming our position via email within the same case — we have not yet received a substantive response regarding the restoration of access.
