Development of a 3D model in SolidWorks
Technical assignment for the provision of services
Task:
Project - Mi-34M1 M 1:5, M 1:10, M 1:20, M 1:48
The contractor undertakes to perform the work on the development of
the 3D model of Mi-34-M1 M 1:5, M 1:10, M 1:20, M 1:48 as per the client's assignment. Model format is STEP.
The client has the right to make suggestions regarding 3D visualization if the material developed by the contractor does not satisfy the client.
The contractor will search for drawings and sketches on the internet or other sources. The scale of the model is M 1:5, M 1:10, M 1:20, M 1:48. It is necessary to correctly calculate and apply the scaled dimensions of the model.
1. The model must be a geometrically accurate copy of the original Mi-34M1.
2. All source files will be transferred to the client. After payment, they become the subject of the client's copyright and cannot be used by the contractor.
3. For the model M 1:5, M 1:10 - a high degree of detail (do not show only details whose size is less than 1mm).
- The external geometry of the fuselage models must correspond to the original. The external surface of the models must show the external cut of the hoods, hatches, and connecting seams of the units;
- The cockpit glazing must be transparent to demonstrate the internal space and equipment of the cockpit.
Doors of the cockpit, ramp, should be made opening/sliding and fixed with magnets.
The Mi-34M1 model is made in the passenger cabin variant, inside there are comfortable seats, tables, screens.
• The rotor hub must be made as a copy, like the original, with all its inherent elements: horizontal, vertical, and axial hinges, a cyclic control mechanism, and a vibration damping system. The hub must rotate easily (include a bearing);
• The rotor blades must have a cut like the original, easily inserted into the rotor hub;
• The tail rotor is made as a copy, like the original, and must rotate easily;
• Models in scales 1:5, 1:10 must be made with internal detailing of the pilot's cabin, passenger cabin as in the original. The interior finishing, equipment, seats, technical and special equipment depending on the helicopter modification must be made as a copy. The instruments in the pilot's cabin and passenger cabin must be made with backlighting.
At the bottom of the fuselage of the model (at the center of mass), there must be a hole with a diameter of 20 mm and a depth of 30 mm for mounting the model on a tripod-type holder (the depth of the hole may be changed by no more than 5mm).
The 3D model must be prepared for printing, divided into parts. Parts are connected through holes, the cabin with the body through male-female connections.
4. For the model M 1:20, M 1:48:
- The fuselage must represent a "blank", without detailing the internal space; The external geometry of the fuselage models must correspond to the original. The external surface of the models must show the external cut of the hoods, hatches, and connecting seams of the units; the 3D model must be prepared for printing, divided into parts. Parts are connected through holes, the cabin with the body through male-female connections.
At the bottom of the fuselage of the model (at the center of mass), there must be a hole with a diameter of 20 mm and a depth of 30 mm for mounting the model on a tripod-type holder (the depth of the hole may be changed by no more than 5mm). For the model M 1:48, the hole is D 6.8mm.
