Development of the OpenBot
- Develop a bot capable of automatically performing calls to assigned numbers and conducting dialogue.2ndMain functions and work process:
- Integration with telephony through SIP: Developing a script to connect to the telephone system.Select a number base: Use a .csv file to select numbers for automatic calls.(interface does not need enough to implement the launch through the command line)
Automated calling process: After selecting numbers, the robot starts calling.Use of services:
Integration with OpenAI and ElevenLabs to create and conduct dialogue.- Dialogue process: Call → Replaying the greeting → Definition of the answer using VAD → Conversion of speech into text using Whisper or similar service → Text processing using SalesGPT from OpenAI → Requesting the answer and converting it into speech through ElevenLabs → Replaying the answer to the interlocutor.“Cycle”
ThreeRequirements for the project:
- Working speed: The bot response should not exceed 2 seconds to maintain a continuous dialogue (there is necessary to realize the direct flow of information between all stages, text transmission, sound transmission in streaming mode).Asynchronousness: The need for asynchronous performance to support calls on several channels at the same time.- Use of SalesGPT: Obligatory use of the open SalesGPT project from OpenAI, available on GitHub.4 .Additional comments :

Прикольный проект. Могу реализовать. Последний год работал и с OpenAI в разных вариациях, и с ElevenLabs, и с Whisper, и с SIP телефонией.
