Начнем с имиджа.
На данный момент сайт похож болье презентацию Power Point (этому способствуют "мертвая инфографика", тень под текстом (зачем?) и очень странный градиент на бекграунде, можно еще долго перечислять). Вам же нужен конверсионный, современный и привлекательный сайт?)
Логотип - лицо сайта, он задает дизайн сайта и формирует фирменный стиль. В данном случае лучше, если не изменить, то редизайнуть его (Вы не поверите, тогда и сайт задышит по-новому).
