Development of frontend for an online store

The payment amount is agreed upon for each task separately:
1. During the selection stage, we conduct a technical interview to assess the candidate's level, after which we agree on a conditional hourly rate (not exceeding $5/hour).
2. I create a task and estimate it in hours. Accordingly, the cost of the task = estimate * executor's rate.
3. The payment for the task is transferred to the executor immediately after the task is closed.
General workflow:
1. I create a task with a detailed description and estimate, then pass it to the executor. If necessary, we coordinate questions regarding the scope/cost (estimate) of the task.
2. After completing the coding stage, the executor pushes it to the gitlab repository and creates a PR.
3. I conduct code review, if there are comments/errors, the executor makes corrections. After agreement and correction of all comments, we merge the PR and close the ticket.
4. After closing, the payment for the task is transferred to the executor.
Note that the task estimate is used solely for calculating the complexity/cost of the task and is not a strict time limit for the executor.

Верно, в среднем выходит 1к за страницу. В зависимости от сложности конкретной страницы может быть больше/меньше - всё это обсуждается заранее.
Во вложениях всего лишь малая часть макета для ознакомления. Отчасти и моя ошибка - страницы во вложениях действительно дороже 1к, однако в макете присутствуют и совсем простые, буквально с несколькими текстовыми блоками.
В любом случае, при наличии любых вопросов по условиям работы или оплате - я всегда открыт к диалогу, как неоднократно писал раннее.
