- разработать тему аналогично neve (настройка, редактирование параметров страницы, customize)
- добавить 6 вариантов sidebar панели в виджетах
- добавить 6 text/html shortcode в виджетах
-footer и header должны включать 8 custom HTML блоков*, в дополнение к стандартной функциональности neve
*На скриншоте показывается 4 а надо 8
-добавить бутстрап и шрифт font awesome, добавление и подключение кастомных файлов которые будут предоставленны
- легко доступное редактируемое поле для изменения имени темы, thumbnail, и автора
- убрать некоторые функции (такие как двойное меню в neve для моб и десктопа)
- должна быть совместимость со всеми плагинами (woocommerce, yoast seo и тд)
- добавить функциональность, такую как выбор липкого заголовка или кнопки прокрутки вверх
- добавить вкладки на панели инструментов (dashboard), такие как учебник по использованию веб-сайта и т. Д (будут предоставленны)
При понравившейся работе планируем использовать того же фриланцера чтобы добавить дополнительный функционал в эту тему и разработать от 3 до 5 плагинов работающих вместе с этой темой.

Здравствуйте, я умею работать с кастомайзером, есть некоторый опыт работы с виджетами, похожими на стандартные(последние записи с картинкой без плагинов например), и подключить бутстрап, шрифт и кастомные файлы тоже могу. Сделаю липкий заголовок и кнопку вверх. С остальным надо смотреть. Возможно помогу, возможно только с упомянутым ранее, с neve не работал. То, что я предложил, по идее как раз универсальное, и не должно конфликтовать с плагинами типа yoast seo.
