I create the initial model in Blender 3D, followed by precise engineering refinement and preparation of production files.
I have experience in designing, developing, and 3D modeling furniture and modular structures.
What is included:
- 3D model of the bridge structure for laser cutting
- Design of a compartment for a USB-C board, controller, and 5 mm LED strip
- Correct connections (finger joints / tongue and groove) considering kerf compensation
- Preparation of DXF/CDR with optimal nesting
- Structure adapted for real assembly without play
- Kerf testing practically: I create test samples with different tolerances for specific materials and laser settings, after which I fix the working value.

The tension in the joint of the tongue and groove for each specific machine and for each material is determined experimentally (for example, acrylic, unlike plywood, when joining in the groove is practically not compressed and the tension does not weaken)
