The opposite stop should be movable — it can be implemented as a quick clamp (Toggle Clamp), a screw bolt, or a folding plate.5. During welding, the parts heat up. GENERAL DESIGN, LOGISTICS AND QUALITY REQUIREMENTS • Operating conditions: Working temperature inside — 30°C, humidity — up to 80%. The design must be resistant to stable heating and high humidity, ensuring the tightness of joints. • Material: Stainless steel AISI 304, surface — matte. • Hygiene and smoothness: The inner surface must be as smooth as possible. Minimize the protrusion of nuts, ends of threads, or any fastening elements inside the structure. * Task for the designer: Propose fastening options (embedded parts, hidden connections, etc.) so that the inner walls are even. • Quality and appearance: Professional "commercial" appearance, absence of any gaps after assembly. • Export orientation: Assembly should be as intuitive as possible for the end user (export version). • Walls: "Sandwich" (matte stainless steel AISI 304 + basalt wool 50 mm).
