A module is needed (preferably a module) or to develop such functionality based on the basic functionality:
1. Each user has a balance in their personal account
2. When placing an order, the buyer specifies the selling price of the product. If the order is cash on delivery, then the difference between the selling price of the product and the cost of the product, after receiving the parcel - is credited to the balance.
3. Orders are placed on behalf of the client (if the order is cash on delivery - on the checkout page, money can be deducted from this balance (provided that the balance has more money than the cost of the product).
The order status changes automatically (the nova poshta API module is installed). The question is in the development of the reward functionality for the order and its deduction.
There should also be the ability to edit the balance from the Opencart admin panel
