Development of online training
We are looking for a methodologist for online learning / online course developer to create a training system for employees within our company.
The task is to develop an online training program for current and future employees. This is not a classic external course, but an internal training system for the team.
In our work, there is a lot of new information, processes, and work with websites. The workload is high, and it is important that the training is as clear, structured, and easy to follow as possible.
What needs to be done:
Develop the structure of the training program
Simplify complex information and present it in understandable notes
Create presentations, training materials, and videos
Develop a testing system (quizzes, knowledge checks)
Consider the format for self-directed learning for employees
Build a logical step-by-step system for mastering the material
The goal is to create a clear, convenient, and effective training system that will allow new employees to quickly adapt and perform their work well.
At this stage, we have many training videos, but they are unedited and unstructured.
