1. General information:
Room area: 120-140 m²
Structural features: brick and stone walls, non-standard passages
Presence of arch openings, stairs, and other architectural elements
Presence of two floors
2. Required works:
Creation of a detailed 3D model of the basement
Development of a complete project drawing taking into account the following elements:
Walls, partitions, openings
Stairs, arches, door and window openings
Electrical: sockets, switches, lighting fixtures, wiring
Ventilation and exhaust systems
Placement of doors, passages, additional walls or partitions (if necessary)
3. Initial data:
Measurements of the room will be provided independently
Video and photos
4. Requirements for final materials:
3D model in .obj, .fbx, or .skp format (or another agreed format)
Drawings in .dwg (AutoCAD) and .pdf format
Electrical supply plan indicating all connection points
Ventilation and lighting scheme
Overall plan with sections and views necessary for understanding the structure
5. Additional wishes:
Possibility of revisions after the first version
Detailed elaboration of architectural features
