Hello. I would develop this project in C# on Avalonia, which will potentially allow us to have a cross-platform application "out of the box" (in case you ever need a Windows version). As I understand, no animations are planned, given the simplicity of the design.
I would also like to add regarding the buttons "Call Company 1", "Call Company 3", etc. - they are pulled from the API, and there may be more than 3 of them, so I would suggest making a single button with a dropdown list when clicked, thus the application's design will be ready for any number of companies from which calls can be made.
Also regarding call recording. Just to clarify, if you do not have call recording (audio files) implemented on the server and these recordings will be pulled by the client application, then in that case, it is only possible to implement local call recording, which will only be visible to the one computer that actually recorded the specific call.
I see the project as complex and long-term to do everything qualitatively. The price is around $3000.
