Development of a printed circuit board project in KiCad based on a sample (photo + work description)
I'm looking for an experienced electronics engineer to digitally recreate (clone) a small and simple printed circuit board in KiCad. The physical board is ready and works, but I do not have its schematic and exact bill of materials.
I will provide high-quality photographs of the board from both sides and explain its logic in detail (what it does and how it works). You will need to help identify the components from the photos and recreate the project for subsequent production ordering at PCBWay.
Component Identification: determining the values and markings of the parts from the photographs and the description of the device's operation.
Creating a schematic diagram in KiCad.
Routing the board and generating Gerber files (RS-274X or X2 format) along with drilling files.
Compiling a BOM list in Excel/CSV format for PCBWay (indicating footprints and specifications of the parts).
Preparing a centroid file (Pick and Place coordinates) for automatic assembly.
