What needs to be done: generate ideas for Reels and TikTok; write scripts for videos; think about what exactly to shoot and how to present it best; create a content plan and categories; suggest new formats, trends, and creative solutions; We are looking for a person who: constantly “lives” in Reels and TikTok and understands what works right now; has good taste and creative thinking; is not afraid to propose unconventional ideas; wants to create content that not only gains views but also sells. We need someone who can help find our own style and come up with modern scripts for short videos. Not just repeating trends, but adapting them or creating our own formats. No need to shoot, edit, or publish videos. We only need ideas and scripts.
