The background is as follows: There is a project where we are implementing calls, and everything is fine with the calls, we figured that out.

From your description, I see that the main task is to correctly integrate the native part of Android so that the system "wakes up" in time and shows the call screen. I would check how the service notifications are set up, whether WakeLock and notification channels are used.
