Real Estate Financial Analyst (Part-Time / Dedicated Availability)

About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Financial Analyst to support our investment team with Excel-based modeling and reporting for Multifamily and Commercial assets.
Important Note on Schedule:This role requires dedicated availability for approximately 20 hours per week during US business hours. "Stand-by" means immediate action: When a task is assigned during your shift, you must be ready to execute it immediately. This is not a flexible/asynchronous role where you can deliver the work "later in the day."
Key Responsibilities:
Rapid Modeling: Immediately update and run scenarios on complex Excel financial models upon request.
Ad-Hoc Analysis: Perform quick-turnaround sensitivity analysis and cash flow forecasting for potential acquisitions.
Reporting: Prepare financial reports and budget variances with high accuracy.
Data Management: Organize portfolio data to support real-time investment decisions.
Requirements:
Response Time: Must be available to start working on tasks instantly during agreed-upon hours.
Experience: Proven background in Real Estate Financial Analysis (Multifamily/CRE).
Excel Expert: Advanced proficiency is required (complex formulas, dynamic modeling, error checking).
Equipment: Reliable high-speed internet and a workstation capable of handling large Excel files without lag.
Language: Strong English skills to understand complex instructions quickly.
