скажу честно - не занимался такими задачами, но задача интересная. Может быть и тороплюсь с выводами, но после того, как почитал в интернете, то вижу более-менее реальные варианты реализации под десктоп-версии. Под мобильные устройства в принципе тоже фиксация действий возможна.
Но, буду откровенен, что пока не совсем представляю объем работы над обработчиками, а потому и не готов называть стоимость.
