First, we need to discuss the technology stack and architecture of the project in detail, including multilingual support and multiple domains.
Functional requirements: a personal account system (client/specialist) with a dashboard, finances, specialist filter, services (3 levels of categories), reviews, completed projects, quiz, rating system, Q&A section, articles, and useful materials. Later, an internal CRM system will be implemented on subdomains.
The layout must be pixel-perfect, identical to the Figma mockup (all design system and UI kit are already assembled). Responsive design is required.
An important clarification is that ideally, the project should be built entirely on JS, with consideration for Google indexing of all content, ensuring pre-rendering on the page so that .js files are indexed. Database architecture is also a key issue, as it needs to be scalable in the future (additional entities, parameters, etc.).
