"Рекомендую заказчику более четко выражать список требований а также смотреть что работает или не работает на сайте. Мне очень неприятно когда мне заявляют "до того как вам дал доступ другая совершенно непонятная штука работала так как я думаю" в ультимативной форме. "
Вы уверены что сайт именно "поломан" да еще и "заражен"? Какие ваши действия могли побудить прошлого программиста вообще что-либо ломать, да еще "бекдоры/вирусы" ставить? Может дело в банальном? Не обновленном кеше или есть точная 100% уверенность?

Он не закончил перенос сайт и открыл арбитраж, а я деньги не заплатил, так как он оставил все на середине дела и пришлось мне еще искать кто вернет назад

Сайт не переносили, просто поменяли назад через клоуд днс и все. Он работал сутки после переподключения днс
